They are the friendliest people I have ever done business with. They took care of our cart and got the work done very quickly. They picked up our cart and returned it promptly after the conversion for a very small pick up/delivery fee. I cannot stress how great this small business is. “I recently was a hit and run victim two in two days. I was without my car for two months. They openly communicated with me the process. At the end it was a little frustrating because my car wasn't fully fixed. It was making a sound that they were concerned about. I told them I wasn't going to pick up my car if it wasn't fixed. They told me if I didn't pick up my car by tomorrow they would charge me storage. They, then, told me to contact my adjuster. My adjuster came out and straightened it out. It would have been an excellent experience if it wasn't for that interaction. Everyone was nice, except for that.”

Highly recommend going to the o Reilly's that's closest to the north campus of Cape Fear Community College. First time I had been to this one and for the life of me I am unable to remember the guy's name but I was impressed with his I can do attitude and customer service. I was a little leery at first but quickly changed my mind. They stayed in touch with me daily on the progress of my car which I appreciated. So I called spoke to Margie immediately she got right on it. She found me a transmission. She ordered it for me. I paid for the transmission upfront. She told me a date to have my car there. I got the car there on that date. 2 days later I got my car & it works great. She also had a battery & starter put in my car at no extra charge. I am one happy customer!!”
