“Great location and a short walk to the beach. The unit we stayed in 2B was very clean with some updates but the master bathroom and kitchen, while serviceable, needed updating. Also, the kitchen needs additional pots, pans and utensils for cooking. Parking is also an issue as each unit has designated parking under the condo which is very narrow and requires vehicles to park one behind the other, which can be a challenge when someone needs to use their vehicle and another person in the unit is parked behind them. The unit also has a small pool which was nice but could become easily overcrowded if more than 2 families are using the pool.”

“Drove in middle of the week, mid November and found this place. Needed a room for 2 nights and they had a vacancy. We got the king bed room on 2nd floor overlooking the pool/ocean - not a better view anywhere. Shower was hot and great, room was clean and service was exceptional. Only thing I'd say was that the extra chair/ottoman were dirty and old and possibly broken too. Also, there's no sleeping in w/no black out shades. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend and stay here again!”

“Beautiful Resort - Oceanfront Room - Clean - Spacious! We were here for a 3-day work conference! Meeting rooms were cool (which is a good thing) speakers / all visual aids were up to date / and the catered food by the hotel ....Ahhh mazing!! Ample amount of parking however , the hotel will give you a parking pass 1 per room. Location - In the heart of Carolina Beach. Within walking distance of restaurants/ boardwalk/ ice cream ....you name it!!!”

“We came to the beach for my birthday and wanted to stay another night. The motel we had booked did not have any other rooms available so we decided to drive around to see if we could find something available. My guy suggested we drive down to the north end and we found The Beach House! Thankful they had a vacancy and we got lucky with an end room on the 2nd floor.It had a king size bed, sofa and private balcony with a view of the ocean. I appreciate that the room was spacious, clean, updated and had no carpet. A little table & chairs would be a nice addition by the window but still a perfect retreat for 2! We plan on coming back later this summer!”
“We had an awesome experience staying here at the Dry Dock Inn! My girlfriend and I were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the amenities were fantastic! The hotel staff are super friendly and the rooms are even equipped with a nice sized refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker! Very cozy and vintage! Within walking distance from everything. Love the scenery and love the Dry Dock Inn. We will be back soon!”
