Rooms are small but are cool, clean, and comfortable. Public beach access is directly across the street, an easy walk to the boardwalk and the charter boats. It's nice having a pool for the times you don't want to go to the ocean. They really do treat you like family here and I enjoy the laid back atmosphere.
