I love Element Barclay. The staff is very friendly, and the apartments are very well kept, and roach free. That means a lot in a southern state. We are new residents at Element Barclay and we have enjoyed our experience from the first time we stepped into the main office. Element Barclay has lots of amenities and the community of residents have been so friendly. I would recommend Element Barclay to anyone that is looking for a great place to rent.

The front office is the reason I am leaving this bad review, specifically Gracen has been rude and unprofessional and will be the reason I won’t be renewing my lease. I’m in charge of a large Facebook group for new residents of Wilmington and will be sure to let them know to avoid moving here.
