“I had been going to the same vet for over 30 years, so when my veterinarian recently retired, I was honestly a little nervous about finding a new place. Sadly, with the new ownership, the vibe just wasn’t the same, and I no longer felt comfortable taking my fur baby there.
So I decided to take my Daisyblu to Pleasure Island Animal Hospital—and let me tell you, boy am I glad I did! ❤🐾
The staff is absolutely incredible. The entire atmosphere is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. And Dr. Ked is AMAZING! He and his assistant were genuinely happy and excited to meet Daisyblu. They even got down on the floor to give her some lovins, and that meant so much to me. 🥰
Daisyblu is not just my dog—she is my baby and the most important thing in my life. I could truly feel that Dr. Ked and his staff cared about her and wanted her to feel comfortable, safe, and loved.
The whole experience was wonderful, and I couldn’t be happier that we found Pleasure Island Animal Hospital. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet who genuinely cares about your fur babies! ❤🐶”
“I have been using Needham since 2011. My pets always have wagging tails when going inside. The staff is friendly. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and explanations are easily understood. Pet care is expensive, in general, and I feel Needham gives you the time and attention that you pay for.”

“I’m writing to recognize the doctor’s assistant for his outstanding care. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and compassionate. What impressed me the most was that he called me the next day to check on how my cat, King, was doing. That personal follow-up meant a lot and showed how much this clinic truly cares about his patients and their owners.
Dr. Smith was also wonderful. She was kind, gentle, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel confident that King was receiving the best possible care. She inspires trust, and I truly appreciate the excellent care and kindness from the entire team.
Thank you for providing such exceptional service. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate and professional veterinary care.”
