“Customer and guest service has devolved in so many instances these days. The general tone of society is different and many times in a negative way. This review has nothing to do with car washing or car detailing. I was running and went further than I should have without water - I looked inside to see if there was a water fountain, there didn’t appear to be one, so I turned to leave. A man approached me and I assume thought I wanted to inquire about their services. I said no thank you and kept moving away from the building and the man went inside. A moment later, he came out and approached me with a bottle of water. I was and am very grateful for his kindness. That folks is being a thoughtful and considerate business person with high guest service skills. Whoever you are, sir, thank you. If I’m ever around there with my car, that’s where I’ll go for a wash.”

“This is a popular car wash in Carrboro. The facility is well maintained with sprayers and settings that work as expected. The initial cost was $5 (at least through credit card) but I spent less than $20 to clean the vehicle. The fee seemed reasonable. I have used this facility several other times in the past with good experiences each visit.”
