“Dave and his team did an amazing job on my Mom’s car. I inherited when she passed and while an older vehicle, it is very special to me. This was my first experience with car detailing and the communication and professionalism were exceptional. My family will be back!”
“My car is spotless. Mathew did a fantastic job cleaning my Subaru Ascent inside and out—and in my driveway! ✨ You can’t tell I have messy kids and just came back from camping trip in the sand. Highly recommended to all busy parents.”
“I absolutely love this car wash! The customer service is always great, and I really appreciate all the amenities they offer. One of my favorite features is the new machine that allows you to wash and clean your car mats—it’s such a nice touch and makes a big difference! They also offer FREE vacuums, which is another huge plus. The whole experience is convenient, easy, and worth it. If you’re looking for a great place to keep your car clean, definitely come check them out! 🚗✨”
“Always great attitude from the attendants. Always working vacuums and all other machinery. Wash cleans great and for my price monthly I believe it's well worth it.”
“Customer service was great !!!!! Car wash was wonderful all around service was above and beyond !!!!!!!! Thanks for the wash guys will see again next week!!!!!!!!”
“My son and I had a wonderful experience today. He asked for an inside detailing. They did such a wonderful job. The owner was kind and understanding of all the concerns we had. They did an excellent job!!!! It looks like a new car inside now. Thanks again,Amy”

“The team here does an amazing job cleaning your vehicle while attending to every detail. I’ve been coming here for two years to clean both my truck and jeep. Pricing is fair and does vary depending on vehicle type. Nonetheless, expect your clean to last for ~two weeks. Whatever they put on the tires and plastics keep the vehicle shining for days.Services: Car waxing”
“Absolutely amazing service! I am a member at the Granite Falls location. I am on my way to the beach for the week and stoped in to wash my car. I was absolutely pleased that the guy in the beginning of the wash used the brush on my car before going into the wash. The store I normally go to in granite falls stopped using the brush or anything before entering wash. They should take tips from the Durham store.”

“Prince did a great job on my truck. My dog decided not to wait to get home to do his business, so we had a nasty, smelly mess on our hands. I called Prince, he quoted me within 20 seconds, and was out the next day to take care of it. He was professional, shook my hand, did a phenomenal job, and did not go above the quoted price. Thanks, man! I'll be referring you and using your service again in the future”
“Bought the monthly. My windshield tint is too dark for the gate reader to see and the brushes have scratched my hook but car comes out really shiny otherwise. Lady attendant very courteous.”

“A simple but great self-car wash. The bays are clean and well stocked. It only takes cash but the price per wash is one of the best in the Triangle! Wait time are low to none. If you're looking for a safe place to do a quick wash yourswlf this is a great spot! It also has an automatic option for a higher price.”

“The automatic car wash is one of the best I have used in a long time and it is highly affordable unlike some that want $18 for a basic wash. My car came out sparkling clean, the rims were shinning after all the salt from the winter roads!”

“I’ve used Prime Time several times now and they are always professional, courteous, and on time. My most recent experience was with Brandon and he went above and beyond in making my car spotless and shiny, inside and out. Highly recommend them for any type of detailing!”

“It's a dollar cheaper than the place I usually go to wash my car. A big plus is that I haven't seen it broken down like the one I used to go to. The downside is that the automatic car wash just sprays and rinse your car and not use a brush. Also, if your car backside has a slant or some kind of angle, it doesn't really get wet. And it doesn't clean your tires as well.”

“2nd Stall in self-service doesn't work. They should put out a sign when this happens. I added a make-shift sign but I'm sure it won't last.
Hint: When the car wash is busy, if there's a dry floor in the stall, it's broken. Decent car wash though.”
“I'm going to do what the other person who said there was a leaking hose did not. It's Bay 3. Don't use bay 3 unless you want to end up soaking wet. I've been here 4xs and this was the first time I've encountered an issue.”

“This is probably the ONLY nice and professional Autobell I've EVER been to. I have monthly passes on and off for 10 years. I live in 3 states. Usually I have to go through 3x to get a decent clean and they NEVER get both the fragrance AND the wheel shine. (That's why I have a pass, I got tired of complaining abt bad washes, I just keep going and its eventually clean, lol.) Give these folks raises. I tipped each one just because of all the times I couldnt tip, lol. Can you believe it? One trip and my truck is clean!”
“Been here years so I am loyal even though fancy new one is across the street. Vacuum then laser no touch on bmw, get traditional brushes and wheel treatment on pick up truck. In and out fast!”
“I love this place. Always clean. Free vacuums, complimentary towels are always clean folded and plentiful. Complimentary window cleaner and general interior cleaner. I am a member of the wash club and can use the service everyday for the price of two basic washes.”
“Just left there with my car and they have exceeded my expectations. I don’t normally let other people wash my car but my arm is injured and I had to get it done. I got the managers special and am blown away at the difference they made in my car in 20 minutes. Absolutely crushed it.”

“I don't think there is enough praise or stars to thank Jordan for what he did with my car. He completely restored the headlights that I thought were beyond help. He was on time, efficient but detail oriented and professional. If you are in the Raleigh-Durham area and are in need of a great car detail, I would highly recommend Jordan. You will not be disappointed!”
