(had ordered at a location closer to home but they had forgotten to make it) I asked if they could possibly have the bouquet made in half an hour, and she was so pleasant and helpful! When I came to pick them up, she also had great tips about how the heat and cold would affect them. Birthday girl absolutely loved them! Thank you!! :)”

“I just left the store at 11:56 am. The male cashier was phenomenal as far as customer service goes. I’m so used to the people that work at establishments around Durham not really being friendly, but he caught me off guard the way that he greeted me when I came into the store. He was also very pleasant when he checked me out at the register. I would’ve given him ten stars for that experience if I could have. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️???”
