“Walked in on a Friday morning and was immediately greeted by Zander and Cam. I didn’t have an appointment but they assured me they could get my inspection done if I was able to leave my car (which worked great for me anyway). Once that was compete, Zander advised of a hazardous situation with my brakes, clearly explained what needed to be done, and confirmed the work could be completed by my requested pick up time. I’ll be a returning customer!”
“Great service and very nice!! I had a mishap traveling from Richmond to chapel hill Thursday afternoon. A FedEx truck had lost several large sections of tire tread on 85 south that I could not avoid. I ran over the tire tread which damaged my car's undercarriage tray. When I got to my sister's in chapel hill I called the closest auto shop I could find. The gentleman that answered listened to my mishap and stated he would certainly help me out. I drove over and of course I need to have the tray replaced however the 2 gentlemen were able to secure the tray until I got back to Richmond. I will definitely keep this shop in mind when I visit as well as my sister was very impressed with the friendly services. Not overpriced or did not tried to take advantage of my problem. I also want to support small businesses!Thanks for the great service.”
