“Great service and very nice!! I had a mishap traveling from Richmond to chapel hill Thursday afternoon. A FedEx truck had lost several large sections of tire tread on 85 south that I could not avoid. I ran over the tire tread which damaged my car's undercarriage tray. When I got to my sister's in chapel hill I called the closest auto shop I could find. The gentleman that answered listened to my mishap and stated he would certainly help me out. I drove over and of course I need to have the tray replaced however the 2 gentlemen were able to secure the tray until I got back to Richmond. I will definitely keep this shop in mind when I visit as well as my sister was very impressed with the friendly services. Not overpriced or did not tried to take advantage of my problem. I also want to support small businesses!Thanks for the great service.”
“Arrived with my emissions and tire pressure lights on.
My emissions systems were thoroughly checked and nothing was found faulty. They sealed the gas cap and reset the system.
My tires were checked and topped up with air. They reset my sensor light saying it may have come on as a result of very low temperatures and lower tire pressure.
When is asked what I needed to pay, they said there was no charge.
I am very impressed with the honesty and integrity of this business. I will spread the word and will definitely be back with my other vehicles.
Also they have a very convenient shuttle service which was much appreciated.”
“I went in looking for a ‘not so usual’ tire and CHT had it in the warehouse. They were able to get it in by the next morning and replace the bad one right away. They made a valiant effort to keep my family safe and on track to leave for a trip as planned. I was at work until after they closed. “Got customer service. Purchased two used tires they was very helpful and got me back on the road safely. They have used tires for $50, $60 , or $70 depending on quality of tires. And oil changes for $80 but $40 if you bring your own oil .”

He was spot on and very helpful. I thank him for his professionalism. The crew was definitely the super highlight! They had me in and out especially servicing both vehicles at the same time.”
“Had to get an emergency oil change at WalMart because my mechanic was sick. I arrived at 8:30 or so, didn't have to wait, and they had me out in less than an hour. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I told them my mechanic was ill, so they were my Plan B. I was treated as if they were my Plan A. Thank you for taking such good care of Martin Luther (my car)! Made my holiday road trip to and back without a hitch! Yay WalMart auto services!”
