Wasn’t told my unit was under a promotional pricing when we opened it up and now I’m the into my rental they’ve jacked my price up over twice as much. It’s not even climate controlled and indoors. It’s outside in the heat. Got burned just opening the unit today.

Very appreciative of the assistance provided by Jessica, property mgr. at Jones Ferry facility.. she helped us resolve an issue caused by bank card change which stopped automatic payment.

Really dislike the computer kiosk situation and the app-driven complexity of renting a storage unit now—it used to be so simple! But fortunately this site has Jessica, a human attendant who was very kind and understanding and helped correct my reservation that had been snarled up in the online registration process. Shout out to Mikey, too, who was great. Otherwise the unit itself has been clean, dry, and handy. Great location, good security, and good vibes thus far—once you get past the computer kiosk.

Jessica is AWESOME! The property is great and the prices are the best around. One warning; the driveway does not accommodate full sized semi trailers. To load/unload you will need delivery made in a box truck or van that is appx 20'-24' maximum. Other than that, the entire place is super convenient to use and the self services and kiosk can do everything you will ever need to do. Highly recommend this location and Jessica!

My experience with the Public Storage unit that I reserved at 510 Jones Ferry Rd in Carrboro, NC was very clean. I had no problems finding my storage unit. The property manager Jessica was very helpful and got me straight and signed in with my pass key number to get into the unit and into the gate so, I was very pleased with everything. I will also recommend public storage to others as well. I thank Ms. Jessica for all the help she should me in my moving.
