“We appreciated our first LEGO experience here! I brought my toddler in who had never played LEGO before and Jason and Gigi were so kind! Gigi played with him and Jason set us up with everything we needed for our first kit and a LEGO account. They really go above and beyond here for the kids. That was last year sometime I think, since then we've been to a fair few LEGO stores and this location in Durham remains the best with the most attentive employees and the cleanest most organized store. It also helps that the staff are true LEGO fans! They really know about all their merchandise and are helpful without being annoying (the line is fine! They navigate it well!) We are lifelong fans now and have added a lot of kits to our collection. I credit our loyalty to a great first experience, and specifically to Gigi and Jason! I can't believe how kindly Gigi played with my son, at some point I turned around and my toddler had a remote for a lego car and Gigi was pushing the LEGO car on the floor ?”

They offer free shipping after a certain sale price, and their shipping is FASTER THAN AMAZON! My items arrive two days from my order date, without fail. “This B&N is very neat and organized. It's easy to find someone to help and it seems there are people actively seeking out anyone who needs assistance. The people working the registers are quick and thorough and very kind. I generally go in for books but last time I was looking for hand lettering books and the woman I spoke to thought for .2 seconds and led me right to the section. She pulled out a couple that were exactly what I was looking for and I found a couple more after that. I love that when I get a book and go back for the rest of the series...they have them. So often places carry the first book then you have to order the next in the series. Also the café has DELICIOUS coffee. I'm not a coffee lover so when I get it I like it just so....and they do it exactly the way I like it. I tried the...sugar cooke? Latte? Last time...I thought it was going to be too sweet (and I like sweet) but it was perfection.”
