“The young man who helped us on Monday morning was amazing! My son asked him to price a bunch of different Pokémon items and he was incredibly kind to do so! He never once acted annoyed or irritated. This was so refreshing from what we often experience in retail. He also shared with us the coupons that were on our account (without my asking!) And he gave my son a promo card. “I love this toy store - they also do beautiful wrapping for the holidays. They have great games, puzzles, knick knacks, stuffed animals, stickers, and more - it's a menagerie. Sadly, my experience was marred by the **PREDATORY** TOWING OF BARNES TOWING at CARR MILL MALL and the $360 ticket I got after I left Ali Cat and stopped briefly at a store across the street. :(”
