Went to American Eagle in cross roads, the workers were very rude & were kinda being racist...they weren't helping me what so ever. One of the employees or the assistant manager was very disrespectful. I would rather go to the AE in the mall than go to this one.

Horrible customer service. Called about an issue in store asked to speak to mgr the girl said can I tell her what's it's in reference to I tell her then she says I'm a manager and begins to tell me to call customer service
