Paige was very helpful in getting a dressing room ready and helping to get more sizes of dresses. After finding a beautiful dress for my daughter, Ava was wonderful at checkout. “Wonderful employees!! I went in frantically looking for a new shirt for an occasion tomorrow, my mind all over the place, and not only did Lilly and Anna help me with finding things and gave wonderful recommendations, they were incredibly patient and kind the entire time. I mistakenly came right before close, and they were insistent that I not rush and continued to assist me. They helped me figure out my coupons and what deals were going on, so I was able to buy more than I came for! Both of them were wonderful, and I hope they’re there next time. I’m a long time customer, usually online or at the holly springs location, but I’ll be driving out of the way from now on to come to Cary.”
“Visited this Old Navy recently to do some Christmas shopping. I found a coat that was a great deal—60% off, which was awesome.
The staff experience was mixed: some employees were friendly and helpful, others were just going through the motions, while others appropriately attended to the customer right in front of them.
The store could have been a bit neater.
Overall, a good shopping experience with solid deals. I give this store four stars.

“Ross at the Crossroads Plaza is fantastic!!! The store has everything and anything you might need or didn't know you needed, from all kinds of clothing to athletic gear to hats to purses to jewelry to kitchenware to shoes, etc. For example, I have gotten multiple tops there, as well as a warm Columbia beige fleece jacket! Ross is a great store with friendly staff, and has a large variety of unique finds, so a store visit is like a treasure hunting experience. They also have great deals and bargains because they sell quality items at great prices. Ross is also located at a prime location at Crossroads Plaza, which is a beautiful shopping / dining plaza with a mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. I would highly recommend shopping at Ross!!!”
“This store has a ton out AE and Aerie outlet items & regular merchandise as well. Easier than going to the mall and searching for the American Eagle, Offline and Aerie stores separately.”
