“Great place, love the uniqueness and I always find a fun gift. Only thing I wish would change is the return policy. 48 hours. I’ve purchased gifts for Christmas and the recipients won’t be able to return them or get store credit. The associate at the counter told me because they are small businesses, returning items would result in the shop holding onto items…as opposed to the person I’m buying the gift for holding onto an item they don’t like. I wish during holiday time, there was a little extension, or at least allow store credit.”

“Finally, a store with gorgeous plus size options! I have been searching for this my entire life. When I first walked in I was greeted warmly and shown all of the deals going on. Prices are comparable to any other plus size retailer, but with designs you actually want to wear. Was very impressed with the selection and found some super cute items. Everyone was extremely friendly and made it a great first experience! I would highly recommend Arula to any plus size girlies looking for new pieces to add to their wardrobes.”

Throughout my shopping experience, I was checked on. The staff was visible throughout the store in almost every area I browsed. “I had a very positive experience shopping at Nike Cary in the Fenton shopping center. My daughter received a pair of Nike panda low dunks via the online Nike store and needed a half size bigger. The Fenton location is the only Nike store in Raleigh. I was relieved when I learned of the new location.Upon arrival I scored a metered parking spot right across from the entrance. Staff greeted us and there were no lines. I gave the sales associate my barcode for the return and she found the right size, my daughter tried them on, we checked out in less than 15 minutes. Hassle free shopping experience, excellent service and plenty of styles and sizes in stock. A win.”

“Ross at the Crossroads Plaza is fantastic!!! The store has everything and anything you might need or didn't know you needed, from all kinds of clothing to athletic gear to hats to purses to jewelry to kitchenware to shoes, etc. For example, I have gotten multiple tops there, as well as a warm Columbia beige fleece jacket! Ross is a great store with friendly staff, and has a large variety of unique finds, so a store visit is like a treasure hunting experience. They also have great deals and bargains because they sell quality items at great prices. Ross is also located at a prime location at Crossroads Plaza, which is a beautiful shopping / dining plaza with a mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. I would highly recommend shopping at Ross!!!”
