The apartments are spacious and up-to-date, which includes a patio with a beautiful view. Staff and maintenance team members are friendly, yet very professional and knowledgeable. “I have lived at Brampton Moors for over 8 years. The management team has been fantastic. The maintenance crew always on top of everything. I am only leaving now because I’m purchasing a house. If you’re looking for an apartment to live in I would absolutely recommend giving Brampton Moors a call. You won’t be disappointed. I give them 5 stars only because 10 was not an option.”

“We are so happy with Crescent Arbors Apartments- it’s like a little neighborhood tucked away in the middle of town. The wooded property is beautifully maintained and amenities are nice- pool, firepit, tennis/pickleball court, car wash, and clubhouse with business center. The neighbors are friendly and wave as you walk the property or stop and chat at the mailboxes. The apartments are older and many have been refurbished. Our 2 Bd/2 ba is roomy, has cathedral ceilings, and a large balcony with a wooded view. Highly walkable to nearby greenways, grocery stores, and shopping. Everything you need is within a 5 to 15-minute commute. Also, close to Route 1, Highway 64 and RDU (Raleigh-Durham International Airport). The staff is exceptional! They are pleasant, professional, and very accommodating. Debbie knows every resident by name and is a great manager. She perfectly balances keeping everything running, guiding tenants and being a sweet Southern hostess, who really wants you to have a great experience. She always asks for feedback and any improvements that can be made. Usually, my answer is- things are great! Keep doing what you are doing. Ashley, the assistant manager, is just an amazing person. Always ready to listen and help. She knows exactly what each tenant needs and quietly and efficiently handles every situation. Ray and the maintenance team keep everything up and running. We’ve only had a couple requests for basic maintenance and they have been taken care of promptly. There's plenty of parking and they offer garages, too. We highly recommend Crescent Arbors apartments!”
“I visited there today and Gennie was on point! I did not have an appointment for a tour or anything but she was awesome! She took me on the tour, gave me lots of info. about the apartments as well as the city. I really appreciated her attention to my needs. Overall, I really liked the apartments, but I didn't like the cleanliness of the hallways and the fact that all along the bottom of the walls in the hallways, the cream walls have been painted with blue paint A LOT. It seems like a quiet place to live.”
“The newer management; and new team of maintenance is absolutely amazing- the office team does everything to bring the community together and make everyone feel welcomed! The maintenance team- they work so well together- things get done in a great timely matter and also correctly!! The whole team is great for this apartment complex!!!”

“I’m so excited for my new apartment! The entire application and move in process was so smooth, definitely a great experience. Becca was super helpful and empathetic to my situation, as I was relocating from AZ. She made sure I was taken care of, top to bottom. When I saw my apartment for the first time I started tearing up with joy and hope, and I’m happy Becca was there to support me in that! This property is just amazing, so much to explore, and you can’t beat having the Publix next door!”
