“We recently moved out of MAA Arringdon after living there for more than two years, and I wanted to take a moment to share how much we truly enjoyed being part of this community. What makes a place feel like home is the people, and the team at MAA Arringdon excels at creating that feeling. A special shoutout to the Leasing Office staff, especially Reiley and Joy. Reiley was with the community for most of our stay before moving on to a new opportunity, and she was always a pleasure to interact with. She was cheerful, approachable, and genuinely cared about helping residents. Her positive attitude could brighten anyone's day. In fact, our two-year-old daughter became so comfortable with the leasing office team that she would look forward to stopping by and saying hello whenever we were nearby! Joy has been equally wonderful. She helped make our move-out process smooth and stress-free, and her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist were greatly appreciated during the transition. The maintenance team also deserves recognition for the fantastic job they do. A very special mention goes to Jimmy, who is truly a rockstar of the community. I can confidently say that almost everyone who passes by him receives a warm greeting and a smile. It was always heartwarming to see residents stop for a quick chat, exchange greetings, or simply enjoy his positive energy. People like Jimmy help build a sense of community that you don't often find. Thank you to the entire MAA Arringdon team for making our stay such a pleasant experience. While we've moved on, we'll always look back fondly on the wonderful people, friendly atmosphere, and the sense of community we found here.”

The entire leasing staff was professional, pleasant, and highly informative throughout the process, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I had the opportunity to tour two different one-bedroom units, and both were in excellent condition—it's clear that the property is very well-maintained. The gym equipment is high-quality and modern, and the overall grounds were impressively clean and manicured. If you are looking for a new home in the area, I would definitely recommend checking out this community!”

“Ty & Mason - Been here almost one year. I had looked at several apt communities, before choosing this one. Location, reviews & customer service won me over. Ty & Mason are why I'm here. They have been great since my first tour here. They are always professional, helpful, knowledgeable & courteous. They're the reason I'm living here. If they ever leave, I'm outta here. They also have a great maintenance crew. Josue & Joseph are now at other communities. They will be missed. Bugs unfortunately are a problem, but try & find an apt community without them. Fernando is the technician for the new exterminating company, & is doing a great job so far. All in all, nice place to live. Great staff, maintenance crew, comparable rental rates, great location, & nice apts. But again, Ty & Mason are outstanding! Connie.”

The leasing office staff and maintenance team are always pleasant, helpful, prompt and remained consistent throughout the years. “From the moment we came in to look at apartments on offer to the first week we moved in, Tori, Dorris and their team were nothing short than a breath of fresh air to work with. No bullshit or wool pulled over your eyes like at other places in the area. We went into their office, which was opened and staffed, were given plenty of offers within our budget and shown the apartment we would be moving into and not a staged model apartment. We pointed out flaws we immediately saw, and their team addressed every one of them well before our move in date after the holidays. We also had a new washer and dryer installed into the unit at no added cost to us. Even after our move in their maintenance team was quick to address any issues we had, particularly with the toilets which they ended up replacing, again at no additional cost to us, and came to our immediate aid when they started leaking. Overall I am very happy with my experience with this apartment complex this far and look forward to being a tenant with them for many years to come. I must warn folks that the apartments here are old and some like our unit very much show their age, but if you are willing to put in the extra effort to make your unit your home it will all very much make it worth living here. It is certainly the first time that I can say with all sincerity that I am paying for the space that I am living in to be sure.”
