Had a very mixed experience at this location. I initially went in to merge my families plans together with David and he was super friendly and very willing to help. I went in today because I was having service issues and was met with Sara who was completely unwilling to do basic troubleshooting. She had such a terrible and condescending attitude and I basically had to drag any helpful information out of her. I don’t recommend her to anyone going to this location.

Had a horrible experience trying to buy a new phone online. Stopped in here yesterday to turn in some old equipment from a move, activate a new phone and renew my contract. Terrible experience, the salesman didn’t listen to me and just started moving my SIM card over before I was finished even speaking. He was dismissive and condescending about my questions and concerns even forcing me to wait for almost an hour for a an update I could have done at home. He kept saying it was “Apples problem” but then kept doing stuff to my phone without even listening to me and waiting for my permission. He was just rushing me out the door! My phone still doesn’t work! He never came back to check on me and acted like I was the biggest annoyance in the store (even tho there was hardly anyone there). Not only was he condescending to me, I overheard another employee being extremely rude and condescending to an elderly man asking for help, AND I heard the employees being rude to each other with one of them telling the other they were “running their mouth.” I don’t know what was going on here but whatever it was, it was unprofessional and unacceptable behavior, my mind was made up and I decided to go with another carrier after all. AT&T is a terrible company with absolutely NO customer service! Run

Had a great experience here with Cameron, great and helpful salesman. I will probably never leave ATT again, after trying out a competitor for one day, it was an absolute mess. Cameron helped me get service back and deserves a bonus for his GREAT salesmanship.

Worst company ever. I would give them a negative rating if I could!
I accidentally sent them my credit card payment and significantly over paid my AT&T account. It has been months and every time I call about getting my money refunded, they can't tell me when I will get my money back.
They lie about everything! They are the worst company ever!

Thomas was a spectacular customer service person. He fixed my broken iPhone in like 5 minutes and then proceeded to answer my question about "over the air" 5g/xg streaming equipment and technology that I was sold almost immediately. I get 500mbps for not quite but almost half what I currently pay for Spectrum. I have wanted to have my "in home" data pipe consolidated with my mobile phone service for a long time. Thomas was on his A Game and I am ecstatic with the service I received.

I came in because my phone kept saying that I was not connecting to the Network. I was very satisfied with Cameron's ability to assist me. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions about my phone, services and about upgrading my phone.

My experience has been better than some posted. I went to the store because the AT&T online chat and phone call were a waste of my time (AT&T, fix that). Yes, I had to wait quite a while this time (why only 4 stars) for knowledgeable help but it was a major holiday weekend and I had not made a reservation so reservations and earlier walk-ins were assisted ahead of me; that's reasonable. I usually choose a better day/time so this was partly on me (by the way, Dumb and Dumber on the mainscreen while I waited was overwhelmingly awful; choose better). The good news is that I always have been helped capably, courteously and without feeling rushed or pressured. On this occasion, Tirrell Morrill and Tyrique were very patient and helped me to modify my plan to accommodate a complex multi-user situation. I continue to be a grateful AT&T wireless customer because of the personnel at this location.
It's now some years later, December 2022, and I continue to be impressed by the excellent service I have received at this store. Today, I brought my year-old iPhone 12 back in because it was not charging at all or charging erratically. The Asurion rep on site, Corinne, was so knowledgeable and helpful--5 or 10 stars, whichever is max She resolved the problem by removing the protective case and very carefully cleaning the area where the charging cord connects with the phone pins. This is a delicate operation. She very patiently did what was necessary while demonstrating to me the origin of the problem and the solution. I remain grateful for the capable personnel at the store and the protection plan coverage and service.

We continue to be satisfied AT&T wireless customers. Today, Store sales rep Thomas was outstanding. He was on friendly, knowledgeable and intelligent. Helped us set up and get a line for new Apple Watch, reviewed our devices and ways to improve our service and costs, and discussed possible changes and additions to our entertainment options. He listened well, was assertive but not aggressive, and helped us achieve our goals. We look forward to working with him for future AT&T choices.

Cameron helped me find a new phone plan that fit my budget and Sarahfina did a fantastic job transferring my data to my new phone. Could be more pleased with the whole process. I had been dreading getting a new phone but they made it so easy. Thanks!!!
