Went to this store with family to upgrade two of our phones. The representative who attended us never introduced himself, we asked what we want. He just started working on his tab, and told us the amount to pay.He gave us one word answers for all our questions, and acted like he is doing a favor for us. Purchased the phone from there only because we were so busy to go to another store. Found his name from his id badge,David. Really bad customer service.

Very appreciative of Denzel helping me after I lost my sim card. He went above and beyond and helped me get an e-sim setup for free.

I went in and Jordan was AMAZING (he’s helped me before and I remembered him bc he’s so easy to talk to). He remembered me too, which was pretty great bc he sees so many customers. He was able to find the exact iwatch for me within my budget and set me up with a better plan than I was currently on (I’ve been an Att customer for 20+ years). In the 20+ years, I’ve never taken the time to write a review, but he deserves it and next time you need something from AT&T, ask for Jordan at Cary Towne Center in Cary, NC! He’ll take excellent care of you!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

AT&T has decided as a company to have 0 tech guys in there stores. So you can’t fix anything if you bring it in. They just tell you to call apple. The very worst customer service possible. What a clown show.

Was helped today by Dylan. He took care of my hardware issue, cleaned up account contact info, and found a way to mitigate billing. Dylan was very diligent and knowledgeable. If you're in Cary, swing by the Walnut location and ask for Dylan.

First, the OnSite Assurion Tech Rep (working in the back) was amazing. However, the AT&T staff in the store/front were literally useless and had an attitude. We usually have a great experience, but their Sunday weekend team seems to have limited understanding of their products, offerings, or contracts. Experience at Verizon (competitor) location on Walnut was a night/day difference in comparison.

As soon as I got there, I started working with Kris on some procedural things that needed to happen in order to activate. My phones is a bit of a complicated situation, but he handled it like a champ and stayed two steps ahead of what was going on the longer we sat there the more confident I became in, his knowledge and ability everybody that was working there was super friendly and accommodating could not have asked for a better experience

Zero if it was possible. Bought two new phones, have had AT&T service many years. Somehow during activation of the two new phones, the third phone on the account was identified as one of the new ones, and the third phone was basically a nonfunctioning brick as an AT&T tech or whoever locked this third phone out.So, go to this AT&T location. Busy, dark, and not many workers. Finally get a tall guy to ask what we need - spouse explains it quite clearly - his immediate response is "You'll have to call Customer Service, I can't do anything about that"Wrong answer, spouse asks to see someone else who knows more, and can get this problem fixed, as we both have had no help with "Customer Service" over the phone on three attempts prior to coming in to this location. He sighs and swishes off into the back - we wait. He returns after 5-7 minutes and again says "You'll have to call customer Service"Another employee happens to hear this, named Jordan - he asks what is wrong. The tall employee cuts off my spouse who is beginning to explain it, and interjects, completely incorrectly our problem, and says 'I told them we can't fix it, but she won't listen"Now it's time to go as my spouse is genuinely angry with this joke tall employee and tells them both after another exchange of our problem and both of them saying we can't do anything, my spouse informs them both their "service" is awful and their refusal to even attempt to fix our AT&T induced problem is n ot acceptable. The tall employee gives a fake smile and a nasty little wave as they both laughed and shook their heads as we left.DO NOT GO TO THIS AT&T CORPORATE STORE.AWFUL SERVICE, EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AND DISMISSIVE.Just for a follow -up, we went to an AT&T franchise store in Morrisville immediately after. The difference was astounding. This location is why people hate AT&T.

I am a business customer of AT&T, and I wanted to make some changes to my account and inquire about the services I currently have. Therefore, I visited this store. However, instead of helping me directly, they used my phone to call the AT&T customer service line and asked me to wait for approximately 15 minutes for a customer representative to answer the call. I am not ignorant and know how to contact AT&T customer service myself, but I visited the store because I wanted someone to assist me directly. I would like to thank Nazira for attempting to make a joke, but it wasn't funny.
