BJ's Wholesale Club offers designated shopping hours for members aged 60 and older from Monday to Saturday, 8 AM to 9 AM, and for first responders on Sundays from 8 AM to 9 AM. While many appreciate the store's size and variety, especially for larger families, some customers express frustration with the store's organization. Items are often not stocked properly, and the product location information in the BJ's app is outdated, leading to difficulties in finding products. Additional concerns include shopping carts blocking sidewalks and traffic outside, making entry challenging. Online pickup experiences have also been disappointing for some. Despite these issues, many find BJ's to be a good option, noting that it is larger than competitors like Costco and has friendly staff.
