I don’t know what it is about this BJs but every time I go there is an issue with customer service and the greeters and how they treat me. I only go here when I work at the hospital. I’m closer to the Raleigh location. Well this past Monday I went to make a return. Upon arrival the greeter was not particularly friendly. But I ignored him and went directly to customer service. There was a long line and the one lady there was training a new lady. I attempted to return my items and was told that I could not return any of my items. I was so confused because I had just seen a lady in front of me return a pack of Yoo-hoo. Mind you I was only trying to return non perishable items with a receipt. She said the policy was sent to us in the second page of the coupon book. I don’t even remember receiving a coupon book this month. So then I proceeded to the exit and heard the greeter explaining the new coupon policy to a guest. And when I asked him to explain it to me he kind of had an attitude and was short with me. I just ended up leaving because I felt so I welcomed. Went to the Raleigh one yesterday and was able to return everything! Also all the time I spent in the line I never saw any sign saying that I could not return items in Cary. I will not visit this BJs anymore. Most of the time the staff is very rude and unhelpful.

Tierra is awesome. She runs between all the self -check out lines clearing any issues.. at the same time processing my online order.. this isn’t just one time occurrence... she is like this every time I go into the Cary storeJim

I place a take out order. I arrived 40 minutes after place. I was the first car to arrive in the lot. I let *Prince" know my order. 10 minutes after they served everyone else, they brought my order out. Poor service

Store is not following social distancing guidelines nor are the people who are coming into the store today. One lady was going out through the entrance and an employee came within 1ft as I was getting milk. This employee had no regard for my personal space which is 6ft.

Order $180 worth grocery to be delivered last night, instacart said they delivered at 7:15 still have not seen the groceries and BJ tells us we have to deal with Instacart. We were charged $15 for delivery. They put us on hold for 4 hours last night and the same runaround today. We paid BJ’s not instacart - what an ordeal!

Well stocked with a good selection of stuff you can use at great prices, mostly.

I used to love shopping here! I’m fearful I might be forced to break up with BJ’s if the selection and service doesn’t step up its game.

The store is great but the employees most of them have bad attitude, the one in Cary

Love this wholesale chain for cakes and bakery items. Also loved to shop some picky groceries. Some are not really in bulk order so you can also go here for day to day fresh grocery shopping. I liked their smooth and quick self checkout. Always have some coupon books available. Go with basic membership and that should be enough and gas station is not co-located, bit away across two mini streets but can be found..

TERRIBLE costumer service. Today I drove from Fayetteville to pick up a recliner which we really wanted. Obviously the order was not ready although I did placed it day before (what about 2 hour pick up policy??).

When I made my last purchase I was asked if I would like a BJ's credit card and that I would receive 2% off this purchase and all future purchases. That was not the case, I did not receive 2% off and feel as though I was lied to.

Had to return something, they were wonderful. I have both Costco’s and Bj’s memberships. Bj’s is better for food, Costco’s gas is closer to where I live. I bought a keyboard and mouse combo and the letter ‘m’ key didn’t work. They exchanged it and I noticed the price dropped. The lady was awesome and she gave me the lower price. This is why I will always be a bj’s member. Oh and the lower prices on things I actually buy.

Terrible service, very busy with only 2 registers open, unless you use the self checkout! Not impressed, B.Js should learn from Cosco how to run a smooth operation with good attitudes!

Purchased my sister a membership yesterday. The customer service lady was friendly. Regretfully, the membership card printer was low on ink. We got two cards, the household card wouldn't print as the printer ink was gone.

We shop Sams Club usually and thought to try out BJ's to potentially make a switch. Let me start with the positives.

bj's wholesale club needs to fire folks that don't want to be there in the first place. Alot of unhappy workers and floks that works there and looks and treat you like garbage. ...enuf said

Hats off to JP at your Cary,NC tire center! My daughter had a blowout and was able to get there just before closing at 8. He was already closing up but helped her by letting her buy a new tire and then mounting it for her!

Great selection. Clean. Excellent service. Well worth the cost of membership.

Clothing and some groceries are good. I like Costco much better as no need to deal with coupon books. Felt some prices are high and without coupon they are expensive for wholesale club. Clearance and sale items are worth. Costco is crowded but here it’s pleasant shopping. No complaints about staff and service. Bought honey here but it has lot if added sugar. See pic.

I have to say did they have one of the best cleaning crews I have ever seen they pressure wash the bathrooms almost every week they mop and scrub all the trash cans I have to say they have some of the best janitorial service at the store I have seen.

Great experience I like to know I can buy small amount of produce. The employees are super nice the managers omg they are terrific. The price membership much much better than the one at Sams and never crowded like Cosco so I am so happy bee at BJ in Walnut St. Cary NC one more thing I like the hours too.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could! I'm here often for pretty much everything my household needs on a daily basis. The produce and fruit are always well stocked and fresh, which is important to me. They have a great variety of frozen goods, which is equally as important to me on lazy dinner nights. Ha! This is also my preferred place to buy our bulk meat.

Not as large a selection as Costco, but I like their grocery section better than Costco.

Hadn't been to BJs in years. We saw that they were offering everyone a chance to come and shop this week with out a membership so we stopped by one evening. It wasn't crowded at all. A far cry from what it's like at Costco. First thing we noticed was that they had removed the food center that used to be at the front. This would be a fast food center that was there several years ago when we last visited. Guess it wasn't profitable. The warehouse was well stocked. We found a clearance area in the back and purchased a few Christmas presents. Their beer selection is terrible. They had quite a bit of seasonal merchandise. The brands they featured were a bit different than either Sams Club or Costco has. Of course they also have their store brand which we are not familiar with at all. When it came time to checkout I had to visit the service desk and got a free 3 month membership. I don't see how this was really a FREE week at all. You need a membership number in order to check out. We may come back again............Costco is way better (IMO).

AVOID BJs TIRE SERVICE if you need any help. As a member with a leaking tire AND they had 4 of the 5 stalls open said they couldn't help me...they were full. Dont rely on your BJs membership that you $100 for all while no help when you need them, ring yourself up most of the time, box your own items up, AND take their trash out for them.
