My husband gets me a Swagger gift card for my birthday every year- he says it is not a celebration without Swagger. He isn’t wrong.”

“Always love Madewell, even if I don’t purchase a lot. Went in specifically to use a birthday reward, and found a cute top in their sale section. Annoyingly, they still had their “extra 40% off sale” signs up, even though at checkout they said that promotion had ended the day prior. I would have actually purchased more items had that sale (that was advertised) still been active.
Otherwise, this location is in a really cool spot with other great shops, cute outdoor spaces, and restaurants/cafes/food trucks. Will come back just to visit the area!”
“Plucked is the absolute BEST for shopping and consigning! Whenever I need something cute, it's my first go-to. Whenever I need to declutter and make extra cash, it's my first go-to. The owner is so kind, easy-going, and caring. My experience as both a shopper and consigner has always been perfect and I know I can count on Plucked!!!”
“Visited this Old Navy recently to do some Christmas shopping. I found a coat that was a great deal—60% off, which was awesome.
The staff experience was mixed: some employees were friendly and helpful, others were just going through the motions, while others appropriately attended to the customer right in front of them.
The store could have been a bit neater.
Overall, a good shopping experience with solid deals. I give this store four stars.

“This was my first time shopping at Athleta! I sometimes get a bit self conscious when it comes to trying on a bunch of athletic clothing, but the staff hyped me up so much and really helped me pick out the perfect set! Thank you to Katie for immediately assisting me and Claire for going back and forth from the fitting room to the clothing area to make sure I found the right size for me :)”

“Ross at the Crossroads Plaza is fantastic!!! The store has everything and anything you might need or didn't know you needed, from all kinds of clothing to athletic gear to hats to purses to jewelry to kitchenware to shoes, etc. For example, I have gotten multiple tops there, as well as a warm Columbia beige fleece jacket! Ross is a great store with friendly staff, and has a large variety of unique finds, so a store visit is like a treasure hunting experience. They also have great deals and bargains because they sell quality items at great prices. Ross is also located at a prime location at Crossroads Plaza, which is a beautiful shopping / dining plaza with a mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. I would highly recommend shopping at Ross!!!”
“I just wanted to come here and THANK Aliyah!!!! This is the third time this employee has helped me, and she’s always such a bright spot every time I visit! I’ve even seen her working on weekends, and she still brings the same bubbly, welcoming energy. She always greets you when you walk in (even if you’re coming over from American Eagle) and genuinely makes you feel cared for. She’s personally fixed two issues I’ve had from past visits, and I honestly can’t thank her enough for going above and beyond.”
