Update: they did reverse the charge after several phone calls so my rating has been adjusted accordingly.
Gave me an NSF for their error and wont reverse it. this bank has been giving me issues since day 1

Had to go in store to finish up some paperwork for purchasing a new vehicle and even though it was 12:30ish Tarsha Smith was super helpful, super sweet during this process regardless of the rush. Also took care of other customers coming in very efficiently.
