Called in the morning to ask about a vaccination booster. Was told to show up at 1 p.m. I asked if I need an appointment, and was told no. I show up at 1 p.m. and they're out to lunch with a 55 minute wait. I call the phone number to try to get somebody on the line and I get hung up on. Not wasting my time here again.
They didn't have what I needed, but they called around to other CVS pharmacies until they found availability for my prescription. Jill's customer service was excellent, and she was fast and accurate.
I receive texts that my prescription is ready for pick up and then arrive to find out they haven't filled it. Has happened at least 3 times.
