At some point in the last year the doctor in charge changed from a woman to a man. As soon as that happened I began having trouble filling my prescriptions on time, sometimes days late, causing me to miss work each time as I cannot refill until I'm out. Knowing this I made an effort to come in person and politely ask if they can prepare mine any sooner because of that and, ever since the man took over, I've been told to take a hike each time. Not only that but each time I've been in person my prescription is not able to be filled in time and I'm forced to wait until the next day and miss another day of work. This man recognizes me each time and I have no doubt my refill is delayed intentionally. It scares me to think that someone in that position holds personal grudges against people who are ultimately just customers, and I'm sure there are more people at his mercy than just me. After many times today was the final straw. I'd love to be told I'm wrong.

Please avoid this pharmacy. The decided they would not fill my dogs prescription because they were too busy and told me to get it sent elsewhere. This is after 4 days of desperately trying to get them to fill the prescription that our vet signed and verified.

Personally, when I get a text that says 'your prescription is ready' I assume when I show up 30 mins later that it'll be ready. I don't think CVS sees it the same way. at least this location is in a Target so when they lie about my meds being ready I can walk around for 20 mins looking at stuff while they decide if they're gonna fill my prescription or not. why bother with the text? pretty sure they enjoy annoying people.

My Pharmacy is inside Target off Walnut street in Cary.
I love dealing with Allison the pharmacist. So polite, so helpful, just a solid Pharmacist all the way around.
I would rank Her at the top of my experiences in any Pharmacy.
I do love Randy too at CVS on Landmark. Total professional and such the calm demeanor.
But Allison is a gem. Whatever your paying her,, you may want to consider a raise? You do not want to lose these types of individuals at your business.

I’ve been using CVS for years, but this is the worst CVS I have ever encountered. Extremely rude and unwilling to even listen or assist due to being too busy. Being busy is no excuse for rudeness. Don’t settle for inadequate service, go to Kildaire Farm location or another location that actually cares about clients.

Lead Pharmacist Anthony is refusing to give basic information over the phone to established patients, and laughing at requests for aforementioned information.He appears to be very confused over the terms of his contract with CVS, I suggest he go through more customer service training as he seems to be under the impression that he’s an independent contractor that does not owe patients basic information. I firmly believe that Anthony here believes that HIPAA protects him more than it protects patients, based on the volume of our phone conversation and the uproar of laughter I heard from him upon asking his last name.

The pharmacy worker there is very rude checking people from top to toe and keep a staring weirdly like something is wrong with customer. I won't refill any prescription there. He was fine with an African-American woman before me but once it was my time he became rude and his smile disappeared. well of course because He himself was African American

I’ve never had a problem with this pharmacy so far. Haven’t had to wait ridiculously long times, just the usual rush hour busyness if i choose to go at that time. I also always check the status or call my refills in before i go so that makes for a much smoother experience. Not 100% employees will give you the most stellar customer service with big smiles and high pitched voices but they’ve always gotten things done for me and no one has been rude so far.

Website says gives hours for new years eve but it's closed. No signs about being closed when you arrive either. Others were also here waiting for their appointment
