I've been to this location multiple times & 9 times out of 10 they are closed down, whole you can visibly see employees inside and it is during opening hours. They have closed to store down in during operating hours at least 4 different times. Very inconvenient for those of us who love close to this location

05/05/2026 my first ever visit to this Dollar General and it was a great one. Conveniently located SE Maynard and Chatham Street, in Cary busy intersection with store not too crowded. I found what I needed very quickly and Pookie was a great help with else. I will return back to this Dollar General for future business

They had what I needed, but inventory carts in the way all over the store, making it very hard to navigate with a cart or basket. Cashier not engaged- wearing ear buds.
