“They have raised their prices but I have to give them credit for making this location so much nicer than it used to be. I moved to the area back before the pandemic, and at that time the store was usually a mess, selling a whole lot of junk and questionable food brands I'd never heard of. Just went in today and the place was clean, much more organized, and there were many recognizable brands and useful items for sale.”

“Nice store. Easy to find items. Employees were friendly. The refrigerator was broken so no cold items except drinks and butter. Maybe it'll be fixed soon but that was my only issue.”
“05/05/2026 my first ever visit to this Dollar General and it was a great one. Conveniently located SE Maynard and Chatham Street, in Cary busy intersection with store not too crowded. I found what I needed very quickly and Pookie was a great help with else. I will return back to this Dollar General for future business”

“This is by far one of the best Dollar Tree stores around! The shelves are always fully stocked and organized. The employees are consistently friendly and helpful, and the manager is very kind and humble —you can tell he truly values his team. I highly recommend shopping at this location!”
