Huge thank you to the wonderful employee at Firestone this morning who quickly checked and filled the tires on our rental car, for no charge. Our car kept giving us a low tire pressure warning, so we stopped there to have the tires checked. Highly recommend this location. Super friendly too.

i can say so many great things about this team with great customer service being one!! My first time here they made me feel right at home as if I've been here before ! The manager Joe hunter and his team are the absolute best! i went to get my tire patched first visit and they were quick and easy i just had to ditch vavoline and start getting my services here instead! if you want a place with fast service, very friendly and great prices! definitely choose Firestone

I want to give a shout out to their mechanic Kit. I took my car in to get it aligned and he noticed that my key fob didn't work. He went above and beyond by replacing the battery. I am beyond impressed and grateful for this. The fob quit working a couple of years ago and I tried replacing the battery. It still wouldn't work. I tried reprogramming it and that didn't work. I had come to the conclusion that it was broken and I wasn't willing to spend the amount of money required to buy a new fob when I could just lock and unlock it with the key. Thanks to Kit I have this feature back. I would also like to say that I was very impressed by how professional the manager was and how well he treated not only me, but all of the other customers.

Rance did a wonderful job. The shop was able to have my vehicle seen quickly on a Sunday and diagnose everything within a few hours. I was so relieved and thankful to have a shop take my vehicle in so quickly plus they didn’t charge me a dime despite running diagnostics and reseting some electronics (since the issue ended up being electronic and recommended seeing a dealer). Overall, a very professional, honest shop and I highly recommend to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about this Firestone store, Joe Hunter, and the rest of the staff that work there. I know very little about cars so I'm an easy target for unscrupulous mechanics. But, I've never once felt cheated or mislead at this business. In fact, quite the opposite. They go out of their way to ensure my cars safety. And for that, I'm grateful! I recommend the Firestone on Maynard completely!

Came in to have my loose splash guard refastened or replaced if necessary. They were fully booked for the weekend, so they couldn't fit me in right away. Instead of holding my car overnight, they took a look at it in the parking lot and secured it with zip ties for free. Fantastic!

Visited this location twice so far, both times had fantastic customer service. They had me in and out within 20 minutes both times. I got a great explanation for both my problems so I've got a better idea of what to look for in the future. Definitely my go to auto care location!

Great service! Highly recommended! My granddaughter needed her car to get to work but the alternator tensioner had broken. She called and spoke with Rance who gave her a repair quote over the phone. He called me back with a few questions and had her back on the road by the end of the day.

POS system was down so I had to leave my credit card information so they could enter it later, not ideal. Staff was great though, recommend.

Very courteous service. The GM (Rance) seems to be a nice addition. Reminds me of the old days when Robert was the GM there. The new customer service person (Joseph) is breaking in nicely. I appreciated his openess about his learning curve...and that he always seeks advcice from his GM if there is a question he cannot honestly answer. Much appreciated!
