Harris Teeter offers the freshest, highest-quality and best selection of meats, seafood and produce. The Fresh Foods Market provides deli, baked goods and chef-prepared meals. Fresh produce, fruits and vegetables are great selections, and seniors get a discount on Thursdays. Kids love the freshly made Sushi Rolls and the staff is friendly, making sushi fresh and bringing it to shoppers. Fresh food like sandwiches and pizza is available, and the fruits and vegetables are excellent. Boars Head meats at the deli staff are polite. Basic items such as bread are available; a membership card is useful. The best sushi comes from an awesome chef.
This has been our go-to grocery store for over a decade and it has a sort of small-town grocer feel to it (in a positive way). Always very clean and well stocked. Love having it so close to home!

If I have to shop at HT, this one is my favorite. Be really careful which one you go to, as prices are different depending on the demographic the store serves. A loaf of bread in Cary... 3 bucks.... Chapel Hill 7 bucks....
