I visited the store for groceries tonight. The gentleman in orange vest (could be the store manager) helped me solve a problem. He was very honest, responsible and went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. He has set a golden standard for customer service. Will definitely come back often.

Run down compared to other grocery stores. This place is consistently understaffed, and has a terrible checkout experience. COUGH drops require an age verification, which usually translates into an extra 3 min standing around waiting for someone. The place dirty and the staff are rude. Will drive across town or go to the 5x other stores within a mile

My kids love their freshly made Sushi Rolls and they’re very friendly. They will ask the kids what they want and make it fresh and even brought it to us when we we shopping for other items.

This store is great! Fresh food is being made like sandwiches and pizza. The fruits and vegetables are excellent. Good variety and everything you may need. Boars Head meats at the deli staff are very polite.

Please be aware this Harris Teeter is selling expired food items.
I got this on May 15th but this cookies are already expired on April 4th, I got another simply truth cookies that I got on same date but it was expired on Dec 2023. When came return the customer service person didn’t even feel sorry for selling expired item.
