“Great place, love the uniqueness and I always find a fun gift. Only thing I wish would change is the return policy. 48 hours. I’ve purchased gifts for Christmas and the recipients won’t be able to return them or get store credit. The associate at the counter told me because they are small businesses, returning items would result in the shop holding onto items…as opposed to the person I’m buying the gift for holding onto an item they don’t like. I wish during holiday time, there was a little extension, or at least allow store credit.”

“After nearly 30 years of heavy use, our bar chairs badly needed new fabric and new cushions. George does Peterson's reupholstering and I must say, he did an outstanding job. It's like we have our brand new chairs back! They are firm and the fabric is sturdy and beautiful. There is a limited number of fabrics to choose from and we were fortunate to find one we liked. The quality of his work is unmatched with every seam and tuck perfectly executed. So no mixed messages here....I highly recommend them if you have upholstery needs.”

From the technology in store to find your perfect sleep to the very knowledgeable and fun sales associate, I enjoyed every minute of the experience. I also appreciated that I never felt pushed or "up sold" on anything. The staff genuinely wanted to help me and my husband find what works for us, no matter the price point. “I was in the market for a small rectangle end table that would sit beside a recliner in a space that a round or square one wouldn't look right. I went up and down Glenwood avenue and stopped at most of the furniture stores, no luck. I went online to Wayfair, Amazon and others, no luck. I then came here and they had two, of the many offered, that would work perfectly. They were less expensive than other stores and online.”

“I am frugal so the prices are not their strong point at World Market. But the inventory is very different which makes finding a unique gift easy.You can go with soaps,candles it candy to keep from going broke .Some rec .include the nightwear because the naturally dyed cotton is so very very soft.A less expensive gift are their scented soaps and candles .They often have Clearance items in the ladies' clothing .There is a good variety of the bottled flavorings that coffee /tea shops use.There are 3varieties of coffee candies e.g.My Favorite item are the laser cut Mid-century Modern Holiday houses.They made the cut ( hee hee) to be rec.for Christmas decor in several magazines and they deserved it .Just go to EBay and see how much they are now being re-sold for .”

“Furniture is something you use, not something you keep forever. When you buy furniture, you should know that it might get ruined someday. It's not fair to trash this store just because your furniture got damaged. I think this store has good stuff, but I don't buy too much of it. There's no point in hoarding furniture at home, it will only get old and dusty.”

“This store is super understaffed but the current employees are amazing. They are working so hard to try to clean up the store and get everybody through the checkout line as quickly as possible. The corporate office cut way back on everyone’s hours so please be kind to them - they are absolutely doing their best.The store manager, Dolores, is so incredibly sweet and patient. I shop there weekly and everyone at the cutting counter and checkout are the friendliest folks. Yes, the fabric is generally in a bit of disarray and there are huge boxes of fabric in the aisles, but they’re doing their best to get everything cleaned up and put away. There are so many rude and nasty reviews from people who don’t understand the situation. A little bit of googling goes a long way. Just saying.”

“Ross at the Crossroads Plaza is fantastic!!! The store has everything and anything you might need or didn't know you needed, from all kinds of clothing to athletic gear to hats to purses to jewelry to kitchenware to shoes, etc. For example, I have gotten multiple tops there, as well as a warm Columbia beige fleece jacket! Ross is a great store with friendly staff, and has a large variety of unique finds, so a store visit is like a treasure hunting experience. They also have great deals and bargains because they sell quality items at great prices. Ross is also located at a prime location at Crossroads Plaza, which is a beautiful shopping / dining plaza with a mix of national retailers, contemporary brands, and distinctive shops and dining. I would highly recommend shopping at Ross!!!”
