βLa-Z-Boy redefines comfort. Truly amazing how wonderfully this chair fit my specific body type and preferences. Lisa patiently helped me choose from SO many options. Her genuine warmth and extensive knowledge, coupled with the utmost professionalism, created the perfect environment for a stress free and enjoyable customer experience. Will update once the chair is delivered with my overall experience and product condition. Fingers crossed all will go well. I will say that I have been spammed by LaZboy about scheduling a design consultation and making additional purchases, sometimes more than one a day. Very unwelcome, unprofessional and unnecessary. I removed one star due to this harassment.

From our first meeting at the store to an at-home visit to measure our space, and even being there during delivery, Lisa provided excellent service every step of the way. βI just spent my afternoon going between the two sister stores, and could not have had more fun! We just happened to find the first store by chance as we were driving on our way to a different store, and just happened to see their sign while waiting at a light. I am SO GLAD THAT WE STOPPED! Each store is AMAZING! Each of their 2 stores is a TRUE antique store- which is a very rare thing to find these days. As my husband said, itβs part antique store, part museum! They had antique chairs made from a tapestry from the 1600βs- unbelievable! They had so many beautiful European antiques, but what makes this place truly unique and special is that their prices were more than fair. I am an antique dealer, myself, and I was able to purchase things at each of their stores that I will be able to resell at my store, which is amazing. Even my husband had fun walking around and looking at all of their beautiful wares, and even found something for himself (which is unusual for him). If I could afford to get rid of everything in my home and furnish my house with their fine antiques, I would be one very happy girl! I can not say enough about the quality of their merchandise, how beautifully it is all displayed, and how truly kind each of the β2 girlsβ were to my husband and me while we were shopping at their stores! I am planning to come back here often to fill my booths (and my home!) with their treasures.β

She took her time showing us different pieces, answering questions, and helping us find exactly what we were looking for. It honestly felt like she cared that we left happy, not like she was just trying to make a sale. We both walked out feeling really good about our purchases and the whole experience.
If you love Kendra Scott, definitely ask for Dorene when you go in. Great customer service makes such a difference, and she really went above and beyond for us. We’ll definitely be back!β
βI highly recommend Rug & Home. We recently built a new home and have been to Rug & Home twice and purchased four rugs total. They have an excellent selection of rugs in all sizes and material, including handmade wool rugs. We worked with Tricia both times and she was excellent, not pushy, knows her inventory, and has a good eye for design. The service from all employees is outstanding. Once you select the rugs you might be interested, they are quickly brought to a large open room where you can view them on the floor. The owner was there on our visit and was very friendly and helpful. They even cut a standard size rug pad to fit the rug we picked out so we wouldn't have to at home. We were so impressed with the service and the staff and we love all of the rugs we selected.β
βAnton, was awesome! We have bought bedroom, living room furniture and now a nice man cave recliner from Ashley! Everything is negotiable, we got a good deal just asking good questions discounts, deals, plus I was headed back to a competitor, Anton made us want to do business with Ashley again!β

βI am posting to specifically give five stars to one of the employees here, Liberty! We drove about 50 minutes to this world market to pick up a particular table that they had in stock, and found that with the massive box that it came in it would not fit in our small SUV. Liberty was so sweet and kind and helped us break down the box and get the table put in our car. She was nothing but cheerful and motivated, super friendly and moved everything right along to get us back on the road with her new coffee table! She is a wonderful employee; do everything you can to keep her, world market! Also, love our new coffee table!β

He also has many beautiful lamps for sale and a great inventory of high quality shades. I am so glad Craig’s shop is in Raleigh. It is quite a challenge trying to find this type of lamp repair service in Wake County!β
