I do not bank with PNC but needed to visit the branch for a non-profit deposit. I was greeted immediately, waited a short time for service, and received warm and helpful assistance. I appreciated the staff.

Jay Serge branch banker you should see, when you have a problem with entangled wrong names in wrong place on statements and checks. He knows how to fix problems and treat customer on even snowy day. Very nice.
