“All the staff are so good at what they do and fast. Very sweet people! Lizzy was a great example of this when she took the time to make sure my shipping address was right. I was given an address to mail to that didn't have a street name. Lizzy did not want me to mail it to the wrong place so we double checked and found the street name online. She was very patient and kind to me!”

“I've been going to this UPS store for years. Bobby and the entire team at this location consistently go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I’ve noticed several negative reviews that seem inconsistent with my experiences at this location, and I wonder if some may have been intended for a different location. I highly recommend this team and this UPS store!”

“I recently visited Staples and had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I found everything I needed without feeling rushed. The store was clean, well-organized, and offered competitive prices on the items I purchased. It's always nice to shop somewhere that values good customer service. The only thing I wish Staples offered is a military discount as a way to recognize and thank our service members and veterans for their sacrifices. Overall, it was an excellent shopping experience, and I'll definitely be returning for my office and business supply needs. Thank you to the Staples team for providing such outstanding customer service!”

“I would like to acknowledge and express deepest gratitude to Jesse who helped me with my U.S. on-line passport renewal application today. He was so patient and professional in the process and was very skillful in trouble shooting the problems we encountered. I was at a total loss of what to do and he managed to help me complete the application successfully. Not many employees would have the patience and care he took to assist a customer with a service that is not normally offered in the store. If I was his supervisor, he would surely deserve a bonus! Many thanks again. Kay Reibold, Raleigh”
