“I’ve been coming to this UPS Store frequently, and I honestly feel bad for the employee who always seems to be working there by himself. I’ve actually started going on Saturdays and Sundays more often because the other workers I’ve encountered have had poor customer service. The employee who works those days, however, is always polite and helpful. Whether the store is busy or not, it feels like he’s constantly expected to handle everything alone. There are times when it’s busy enough that two people should definitely be working, especially when customers are coming in for shipping, returns, printing, and other services. What really stands out is how polite and helpful he is despite being left to handle everything by himself. He does his best to help every customer and is always respectful, even when the store is busy and there are multiple people needing assistance at once. One person can only do so much, but he handles it to the best of his ability. I honestly wonder where the rest of the staff is because I’ve seen him working alone way too often. There’s a noticeable difference between his customer service and some of the other employees I’ve encountered. He’s clearly a hardworking employee and deserves better support. Honestly, that kid needs a raise or at least a bonus for the amount of work he’s doing by himself. At this point, they either need to schedule another person and appreciate the employee they have, or he needs to take his talents somewhere that actually recognizes how much work he does and treats him better.”

I arrived at the UPS Store on Watkins Rd. in Durham, NC. I was immediately greeted by the super person behind the counter, Kasey! Hope I spelled their name correctly.... They immediately asked what I needed and went to work helping me to submit my 7 large, 18x18x18 boxes, golf clubs and other item. Kasey was amazingly helpful and had such a great personality that I will go to this store instead of the one in Chapel Hill on Elliot Rd., which is closer to where I live.”

I haven’t found anywhere else in the area that will do cutting and other services like this as effectively.”
