“I had a time-sensitive job that was also very important, a book of poems I was gifting to friends. The guys at Minuteman in Durham provided a quick, fair quote, were friendly and knowledgeable, and made the job fun. This job really mattered to me. Knowing it was in the right hands made me breathe easy, and smile!”

“Lupe is the reason I gave a 10. She is consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about every customer. She takes ownership of every package she handles, making sure everything is done correctly, and she never makes you feel rushed. I’ve also watched her provide the same exceptional service to other customers, not just me. Employees like Lupe are the reason I keep coming back to this UPS Store. She is a tremendous asset to your company.”

“I’ve been coming to this UPS Store frequently, and I honestly feel bad for the employee who always seems to be working there by himself. I’ve actually started going on Saturdays and Sundays more often because the other workers I’ve encountered have had poor customer service. The employee who works those days, however, is always polite and helpful. Whether the store is busy or not, it feels like he’s constantly expected to handle everything alone. There are times when it’s busy enough that two people should definitely be working, especially when customers are coming in for shipping, returns, printing, and other services. What really stands out is how polite and helpful he is despite being left to handle everything by himself. He does his best to help every customer and is always respectful, even when the store is busy and there are multiple people needing assistance at once. One person can only do so much, but he handles it to the best of his ability. I honestly wonder where the rest of the staff is because I’ve seen him working alone way too often. There’s a noticeable difference between his customer service and some of the other employees I’ve encountered. He’s clearly a hardworking employee and deserves better support. Honestly, that kid needs a raise or at least a bonus for the amount of work he’s doing by himself. At this point, they either need to schedule another person and appreciate the employee they have, or he needs to take his talents somewhere that actually recognizes how much work he does and treats him better.”

“Now FedEx is our favorite shipping store to drop off our signing documents, but this particular location is super attentive and active. On top of having the self-serve kiosk, at times someone pops up out of nowhere to take my package! I mean really, and to top that, they thank me! You all are really top tier:) Thank you all for everything. We appreciate you!”
