I've been buying these kinds of antiques for quite some time and always do my due diligence and couldn't be more pleased and satsified with the way they packed and carefully crated the piece. “Every single time I get excellent service. They don't rush me to find my QR code and explain my shipping options clearly. They have notary service too. Last week the person attending to me (forgot to ask his name) heard me saying that one of my packages needed to be mailed via USPS not UPS. He offered to take my USPS package as well!”
“The North Durham store is always orderly and well-stocked with office and home office essentials, which are easy to find because of the well-marked aisles. I've never had a problem with the prices. Even if some things are a bit cheaper at Walmart, who needs the hassle, disorganization and long checkout lines? The services at Staples, such as printing, binding, banners, and the return service of major online retailers are very convenient, and available nowhere else in my area. The tech dept has a friendly, patient and knowledgeable associate. I like the rewards program and I love my North Durham Staples. The store is very valuable in this part of Durham.”

I arrived at the UPS Store on Watkins Rd. in Durham, NC. I was immediately greeted by the super person behind the counter, Kasey! Hope I spelled their name correctly.... They immediately asked what I needed and went to work helping me to submit my 7 large, 18x18x18 boxes, golf clubs and other item. Kasey was amazingly helpful and had such a great personality that I will go to this store instead of the one in Chapel Hill on Elliot Rd., which is closer to where I live.”

“I make my rounds at the print centers around here and this location is my new favorite. Jariin is always incredibly helpful and polite. (Even when I pop in 5 min before close.) The ladies I’ve encountered here, too, are so nice. I try not to write negative reviews, but there are other locations in the area that are NOT fun to visit - that’s what makes this location even more special. Hopefully corporate office rewards positive reviews… this group definitely deserves it!”
