Today we met with Rob Parker for an estimate and Sales consultation. He was prompt, very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything thoroughly, encouraged questions.
The 360 computerized rendition of our house was very helpful. Good product options, fair amount of colors and textures. Pricing was as expected. Very happy with the process thus far. Will update once siding job starts.

We needed flashing and roofing replaced around our chimney. From the sales person, Rob Parker, to the work crew we couldn’t be more pleased. Rob explained what we needed and how the process would proceed. Everything he said was right on.
The crew arrived exactly at the time he said. They finished the work in one day, and clean up looked like they were never here.
We are totally satisfied with Home Genius Exteriors. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Home Genius Exteriors did a wonderful job of replacing a large roof (about 3000 s.ft) over our home, all mostly done in a day. They were knowledgable and courteous. I would recommend them without any reservation.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Josh got the roofing job started right on schedule and made sure everything ran smoothly. Kyrillos came afterward for the walkthrough, took the time to answer all my questions, and made sure every detail was perfect before wrapping up. The roof looks amazing, the crew was professional, and the whole process was stress free. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing roofing work done right!

I did not like their pressure sales tactics. If you don’t sign a contract today, the price goes up $10.000.00 in 24 hours. Plus pricing is off the chart’s expensive!

We can't say enough about how happy we are with our new roof . Our first contact with HGE was Rob Parker. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient with our many questions. He provided us with all the information we needed to make our decision.
On the install date, our Project Manager, Joshua Raper explained the process and introduced us to Luis and his crew. His crew was very efficient and mindful of our property. The roof installation was completed in a timely matter and their clean-up was thorough. Joshua came back for the final walk-through and any questions. Both Rob and Joshua followed up to make sure we were satisfied and had received the Warranty paperwork. Working with HGE has been a great experience for us. You staff is fantastic to work with!
