Our office complex hired Triangle's Trusted Roofing to replace one of our buildings roofs. I’m blown away. They showed up with a crew of 22 and knocked the whole building out in just over 1 day. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

An absolute pleasure to work with, cannot recommend them enough.Ryan, the owner, visited our property multiple times to provide photo and video supplements for my insurance company. He worked with my public adjuster to gather everything needed and actively communicated with me throughout the entire process - which spanned 3+ months. We only signed contracts after the insurance claim was approved. The pricing was transparent, and payments were collected only after all the insurance checks cleared.I was able to choose the specs and appearance of the shingles I wanted, and the team took care of everything else.Jerry, the project manager, and his team replaced our roof within a day. They cleaned up all the debris and even helped replace a vinyl siding (free of charge) that was lightly damaged during the job. Since the sun sets early during the winter, Jerry returned the next day to ensure no rogue construction material was lying around our property.I'm very happy with the new roof. The entire process was completely hassle free. Triangle's trusted roofing is a team of professionals. Once again, highly recommend!

We had a really fantastic experience with TTR from start to finish. We had a large tree fall on our house which meant insurance claim work. We were unsure of the process and what we could expect of our insurance claim. We got three different roofing quotes but Ryan at TTR stood out to us as someone we felt we could trust with our home. He helped us get the insurance claim finalized and got us on the schedule quickly after.The project manager, Jerry, was an absolute pleasure to work with and it was very clear that doing great work and communicating were top priorities.The project included repairs to soffits, fascia, roof, roof decking, gutters, gutter guards and all the work was done well!We highly recommend Triangle’s Trusted Roofing! The moment I met Ryan, I knew it was good. I like people who are real, no nonsense and professional. Jerry (PM) and crew were fantastic! The day they scheduled happened to fall on my son’s birthday, and of course I was stressed. Jerry advised he would ensure a hefty crew to ease my worries and promised quality wouldn’t be compromised due to my timeline for celebrations. Not only does my roof look INCREDIBLE, the crew were so good. Huge shoutout to Catherine! I absolutely LOVE to see women doing untraditional lines of work. Ryan and team, thank you for bringing beauty and safety back to my home. Forever grateful. 10/10 would recommend and will sing your praises. Goodness begets goodness.

Ryan came out to do an inspection for free, quickly determined the issue was not a water leak. He saved us several hundred dollars in repairs because he was honest.

Triangle's Trusted Roofing Company was one of the best experiences with a construction company that I have ever had and I have had many experiences. The owner Ryan is a very friendly, straightforward person and within minutes of meeting him I felt I was in very capable hands. He was very knowledgeable about dealing with insurance companies and was present when the insurance adjuster arrived to examine the roof. Always very helpful without ever being pushy, he met with me multiple times to discuss and select the roof shingle that was right for our house. Our re-roofing was somewhat complicated by a pergola extending over the roof and while other contractors avoided addressing the complication despite my direct questioning, Ryan offered a very specific solution to the problem at first meeting.Jerry, the project manner, was often on site and always available for communication. If he or the crew was running even 10 minutes late, I would receive a call telling me when he and/or the crew would arrive. He was extremely open to any questions or concerns and was intent on addressing these concerns. When there was a mild issue related to the pergola, he did not stop until I was completely satisfied with the result.I felt both Ryan and Jerry went above and beyond what most contractors would do. You really do get the sense that Ryan truly wants you to be happy with your new roof. I highly recommend his company.Service: Roof installation

Great price with a local company. Had a misunderstanding about the type of vent we asked to be installed but Jerry, the project manager, made sure that the incorrect vent was removed and replaced with the correct vent. A couple pieces of siding were damaged during the roof replacement and he had a team come out and replace those. Jerry was great to work with and worked with us on scheduling. He also goes over the roof meticulously after the project to make sure nothing was missed.

Ryan and his team did fantastic work on a very short notice.After my roof was damaged by a storm and badly leaking, Triangle Trusted Roofing was able to schedule a roof replacement fast and prevented serious water damage.Cleanup after the completion of the roof replacement was phenomenally good, a year after the installation I've found 0 left behind nails.Communication with Triangle Trusted Roofing and the site manager was fantastic, the whole team is knowledgeable and personable.Services: Roof repair

Everyone involved kept good communication, and the entire operation felt very professional. My old roof had several issues, and they helped me future proof it with a new metal roof. Had an accident where one of the workers had dropped some building material which damaged my interior bathroom ceiling (mistakes happen). I was informed promptly, which I respect. TTR hired a seperate contractor to fix the issue and it didn't cost me a dime... They actually fixed some leak damage which occurred from the aforementioned old roof. I cannot speak to the quality of their work as I am not very knowledgeable in roofing or general home repair, but I can say the workers were friendly, and the customer service was outstanding. At this point I can highly recommend this company.

All around excellent service from their CEO to the project manager and all the way to their workers.The work to be completed was clearly defined and the estimates were well under what I expected for the size of the job. Any potential extras (i.e. plywood sheets) were part of the estimate write-up, so if those extras were needed the cost was known ahead of time.When it came time to perform the work, the same professionalism continued. All precautions were taken to protect the property during the removal of the old roofing material. Any underlying sheets of plywood that needed replacing ware communicated upon inspection after the old roof was removed.From what I saw during the whole process, top quality materials were used to replace the old roof. The final product reflected that same quality not just in the materials but also with the workmanship of their entire crew.The next day, as a heavy rainstorm moved through the area, I was able to investigate up in the attic and there was not a single spot showing any water seepage in any of the nooks and crannies of the rafters. Another testimony to the quality to expect.Also while inspecting after the job was completed and the day after; not single bit of debris could be found showing the roof had been replaced just the day before.Service: Roof installation

I have used Triangle’s Trusted Roofing to fix the leak on my roof. I am happy about the process and the result. The work turned out to be more than the original estimate due to the rotten material which the team discovered after removing the flashing / shingles. Despite the unexpected discovery, the owner Ryan was flexible so we came to an agreement very quickly. I appreciate the flexibility and professionalism. Highly recommended.

These guys are the best in the business! Their quote for an entire roof replacement + 2 skylights installed was the lowest by far of 4 companies AND Ryan was the most responsive and personable! Jerry was our project manager and he was also amazing. He shared drone footage of the progress of the roof replacement throughout the day and was a great communicator.We did have an issue where rain came in quickly and water soaked through the unfinished roof in some spots and caused stains on the ceiling inside the house (where they couldn’t get tarps up in time) BUT these guys are so professional and paid for painters to come paint the ceilings (many times in those spots) so that you could never even tell it happened. It was a rare and unfortunate occurrence but Jerry handled the issue so professionally and took care to have the painters work around our schedule that it put me at ease. I’ll be hiring these guys again soon to replace our gutters and for anything else our roof needs in the future!Services: Skylight installation

We used Ryan’s previous roofing business, Above All Roofing, in Rochester, MN when we lived there and had a great experience. And after we moved to the Triangle, we were pleased to see he had moved here too and started Triangle’s Trusted Roofing. We had a hail storm damage our roof beyond repair and Ryan came right out late afternoon on a Friday and did an inspection and determined we’d likely qualify for a full replacement. Jerry, the production manager, was also great to work with and was very professional and worked with us on a replacement plan. And within just a few weeks from when our roof was damaged we had a new roof. Good, honest business and Ryan and Jerry and everyone else we dealt with were also just very good people.
