The staff are friendly and willing to work through different options with you. They are patient and have good customer service skills. However, I would not recommend going here to complete a trade-in based on my experience (and some other reviews). My order was not processed as trade-in and I would have lost out on the promotion if I had not contacted Verizon directly. The store also charged me a fee for a remaining balance on a device that was already paid off. The attention-to-detail is seemingly lacking.

I want to raise several issues so others aren’t misled into choosing this network provider.
I transferred 5 lines to Verizon because of a promotion they advertised, only to end up paying more for subpar service.
The store representative failed to disclose a one-time device setup fee and line transfer charges. On top of that, after two billing cycles, my monthly bill is still $90 higher than the amount I was originally quoted—excluding taxes.
I was also promised a $1,000 switcher rebate for all 5 lines within one month. It’s now well past the promised timeframe, and I’ve heard nothing from them about it.
At this rate, I’ll end up paying more than the combined cost of the devices and line charges over the contract term—all while receiving service that’s not even half as fast as my previous carrier.
I would not recommend Verizon and urge others to look for better options.

Whichever Verizon location keeps sending people to knock on doors needs to stop. It's annoying and intrusive.

Rep never fully explained hidden in store setup fee which is Ridiculous! Said it was an activation fee and it’s not…you won’t see it until you sign terms and conditions and read the printed invoice!

I used to love coming to this store for an early upgrade for my iPhone. However, this year has been an absolute NIGHTMARE and I do not recommend coming to this specific location. They did not give me my early upgrade promotion when I was eligible for it and double charged the trade in. They took my old phone and are expecting me to pay off a phone that I no longer have possession of. I was hopeful the Store Manager would be able to help me but he has not. Every Verizon location I’ve been to today can see the error the Parkside location made, but when I came in earlier today, Dave, the Store Manager clearly didn’t look at my account correctly or ask the correct questions. I guess it was easier to overlook the issue and not want to correct it. Please save yourself the trouble and stay far away from this location.

On google maps it says it is open until 10pm, but when we went there, and the guy in there Dave told us we are closing at 9pm, go out i am not feeling comfortable.

I had to pay to activate a phone replacement I got through verizon phone insurance that didnt end up working. Liz would not give me a refund, the manager Dave denied a refund as well. I went to a REAL verizon store where they told me I was wrongfully charged and phone activation should be free. I was charged $29.99 plus tax coming to $32.16 for a set up and go service. That is for transferring phone data to another phone NOT activating the cellular service. I transferred the phone data by myself to the new phone the night before. They will scam you out of your money do not go here. Go to a real verizon store that isnt a franchise store.

I recently switched my phone provider to Verizon, on the 9th of this month. I was told by Liz, that my monthly bill would be 160+ dollars. I already have a bill due for next month that is 395.57. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?? Why would you lie to me?

Wouldn't recommend. My wife and I both upgraded our phones last year here. She was offered $400 credit for trading in an old phone. I was offered $800 off the phone I selected. We did not get either one of these offers. Kept being told to wait a few billing cycles and reach out again. It's been 6 months and we were finally told by Verizon Corp that the sales agent told us untrue information and we actually weren't eligible for the offers. Shopping here was a $1200 mistake.

Racially profiled by a heavy set Caucasian male in the store he’s a customer service rep would never come here again calling corporate immediately
Came in to get new service and instead got the police called on me for absolutely no reason ended up finishing my order online this has never happened happened to me ever before in my life I’m
Confused and this hurts that racism is still here so many years later .really hope this location looks into their staff because this was really really sad ! I’m in tears

Everything was impressive from the beginning. Clean, spacious,
with professionals to welcome me. The representative Nick was all these things as well as knowledgeable, patient, efficient and informative. It actually was a quite enjoyable experience rather than an unpleasant hassle.
