Service was better this time around as no customers were in the store when I arrived. The problem I continuously have with this location is that they do not honor any Verizon discounts in your profile. I have had this issue multiple times. Purchased a $43 phone cable with no regard for the discount attached to my account associated with my employer. This location is closer but its worth the drive to go the further distance to the Morrisville independent Verizon location that honors not the full amount but a lower percentage of the employer discount. The one Verizon location nearest to me on 15-501 in Durham has the longest wait times and the worst customer service ever. I will switch to another carrier before I enter that store again.

I have a big complaint about the quality of services of this company!! Their app is not functional, account data (in my case) was not available to third-party sites, which made it impossible to buy a new iPhone without changing providers. When transferring the room, the app asked me for $50 (no one knows why). However! All the stars deserve the store staff who helped me tremendously!! The young man communicated with the (defective) chatbot and returned my money (which the app decided to demand from me). I am very grateful to these guys and God bless them, and the management has to take a bonus!! Because they are the only advantage of this company!!!!

Don’t trust the hand waving. Whoever you’re working with, make sure you have them explain the changes being made to your account and devices. They royally screwed up my upgrade to the point that I’ll now have a crazy series of low and high bills before it finally settles down. And believe it or not, once it settles down it will be more expensive for essentially the same service. Should have just gone to T-Mobile…

My mom was bed ridden, I took her in my car to get her a new phone, I pulled up to the sidewalk outside the store so she could verify the info and get the new phone, the people inside refused to open the door and talk to her, I was told I need to carry her inside. Needless to say we canceled that day, after being a customer for 17 years and a former employee.

Staff made an error on my trade-in and were unhelpful in getting the issue resolved after 7+ months of contacting the store for assistance. Once I filed a complaint with the FCC, Verizon’s corporate office quickly remedied the issue. I would not recommend this location to others.

Joshua and Lanisha are the BEST!I had a not so great encounter buying a new phone earlier this week with a Verizon employee who typically doesn't work at the store. When I went back to the location, Joshua and Lanisha were both incredibly understanding while helping me resolve the problems I encountered.The wait times here are never crazy, and the staff are knowledgeable and kind while assisting.

La Niesha was very helpful with my new phone purchase!I returned today with a difficult question about a phone function. The answer wasn't readily apparent, but Joshua searched until he found the answer to my problem. I really appreciated his resourcefulness!

Worst experience ever, if you are thinking about going to this store SAVE YOUSELF while you still have a chance. Last year we were sold the black friday deal and we got 5 lines with new phones and "free" apple watches. They told us all credits for the phones we turned in would be applied within 1-2 billing cycles. Nothing. We've been trying to get this situation fixed for almost a year now and they owe us $2300, can you imagine? Can you imagine paying $800-$1100 per month on a phone bill that was supposed to be $240. Its outrageous! Save yourself and go to another store, better yet another company who doesn't cheat their customers.

Wish I had seen these reviews before we switched to verizon. We were lied to and cheated and this store owe us $2300. If you read this before getting phones with them do yourself a favor and run to another company. Not worth your time or money.

The two gentlemen who assisted me today were professional and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. They also helped to restore my need/desire to use sales reps rather than going online to avoid unfriendly employees. The location of this store is also very convenient. I’m very appreciative of the sales reps I had the pleasure of doing business with today, which is hard to come by these days. Thank you (both) again! Be blessed and stay well!

Go in the daytime if you want staff to pay attention. I’ve had great service here until tonight. We waited a full 30 minutes while not a single staff member even acknowledged us coming in to the store. No one said hello, no one asked what we needed, no one told us what to expect as we sat around and waited and waited and waited. And staff were not actively consulting or working with clients- 2 of the 3 of them were idling around waiting for data transfers, making sure to avoid eye contact and not speaking to us or else they might have to get to work. Didn’t even look at us or acknowledge us in their store. What’s freaking waste of time, not to mention horribly rude.When I finally asked someone how much longer we should be expected to wait we were told at least another hour. Another hour! I never write reviews at all much less negative ones but this service tonight was absolutely horrible. Just tell us straight you don’t care and you’re just waiting for your shift to end.You lost my business.
