Purchased a necklace at auction. Item had damage and was not as described. Kleins refused to do anything about it.

Love the quality of the items they offer in the auctions (online). Just be aware that there are only specific days and afternoon hours on those days to pick up your items. I know they do some shipping. The Kleins are so nice and very thoughtful and professional.

I moved to Florida and and I’m unable to attend the live auctions at Kleins auction gallery. However, I am able to get online for their auctions. I have won several online bids, and have been extremely satisfied with their shipping service and pricing. Keep up the good work!
