“The storage area is always neat and clean. No problems with getting in. The only problem is that the price has gone up from the 50s the first month to the 80s the second month I am did not see the price stated in the contract when will it stop?”

“The guys at A A Storage in Porter’s Neck are absolutely fabulous! Before I even moved down to the area, I called and spoke with Andrew. He was exceptionally personable and helped me decide which storage facility would be best for my needs. I let him know the date I would be coming to the area and to please make sure to have a climate controlled facility available to me. He did as promised.
When I arrived Andrew was ready to lend a hand in helping my friend and I unload our truck. During the process, my friend fell ill, and Courtney the other employee at the storage facility made sure to come out with several bottles of cold water and help Andrew with getting all of my belongings out of our moving truck. I was extremely impressed with how well they packed the storage unit and took such care with my personal items.
I have been back several times to the storage facility and each time I’m here the guys are always ready to lend a hand if I need it.
I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here and I will recommend A A Storage in Porter’s Neck to everyone needing a place to store their stuff.”

“We have been a customer of the CubeSmart on Garris road since they opened. The location is great (near Home Depot and Costco - so easy to swing by when running other errands). Carts always seem to be available and the place and parking lot are always clean.
We recently decided to change the size of our unit. DJ in the office was great! He walk us around to different units and helped us find one that was the right size in a location we liked and at a price that worked with our budget. He actually recommended a size unit we didn’t know existed but was perfect for our needs. When getting a storage unit that last thing you typically think about is customer service but DJ demonstrated how much of a difference it makes to getting what you really need. “The agent I worked with was very professional and appreciated his support HOWEVER, MidGuard’s policy of charging $14 monthly penalty for not updating the insurance is ridiculous. Competition sends notices to clients requesting insurance updates BEFORE adding penalty costs.
Find your business fee model to be incredibly unfair and nothing more than profit focus vs customer focus.”
