“The storage area is always neat and clean. No problems with getting in. The only problem is that the price has gone up from the 50s the first month to the 80s the second month I am did not see the price stated in the contract when will it stop?”

“The agent I worked with was very professional and appreciated his support HOWEVER, MidGuard’s policy of charging $14 monthly penalty for not updating the insurance is ridiculous. Competition sends notices to clients requesting insurance updates BEFORE adding penalty costs.
Find your business fee model to be incredibly unfair and nothing more than profit focus vs customer focus.”
