“When public storage took over previous ownership it was quite the messy transition. However, I believe the distric manger NICLOE returned my phone call promptly and personally came to meet me. She answered all my questions, promised that everything that was out of order around facility would be taken care of. Within a day all my concerns and needs were remedied! With her in charge now I no longer have any concerns that things will be managed properly.”

“The staff is first rate, professional, punctual, flexible. The container itself - sat outside our home for 8 months January - August, holding a lot of our furniture, some antique, through some very extreme weather and temperatures. Everything came out of that container just as good as it went in.
