Asked him to dolly tow my non running truck, observed him driving well under the speed limit (I think that’s a pro move on dollys) offered to help push my truck into the driveway and when that didn’t work, he displayed his skill in getting my vehicle up the driveway without putting any wheels onto my or any of my neighbors grass.”

“Mike Chambers is nothing less than a 5 Star ⭐️ professional. Unfortunately I had an incident with my model 3 Tesla last evening. This was the first time Injabe ever had an incident with my car. I was very concerned and Nervous because the car shut down and didn't move. All I had was my tesla app to communicate with. The Tesla Roadside Service dept hooked me up with Mr Mike. upon his arrival he was just a true gentleman. he calmed me dow and reviewed the protocol he was needing to do. from the time he leafy with my car and 2.5 hours later. he stayed communicating with me .. “I’d give 10 stars if I could. After calling a handful of companies that could not tow my truck do to the size, out of the middle of the street, I called Kirby’s. He was truthful with me and told me it would be a little bit of a wait a little over a hour, however he was there within 30 minutes maybe even shorter.I really am happy with them because during his route to get me, a ncdot worker randomly pulled up that was familiar with my truck and said he knew why it wouldn’t start. When Kirbys pulled up, the man was making a repair. The repairman asked the truck driver if he could wait just a few minutes in case it would not start. He had no problem with waiting. Apparently the fuel pump lost prime. The truck driver also gave some advice and helped resolve the issue.He was not upset I wasted his time, and he still helped when he wasn’t obligated to.I tried to pay him for his time atleast and he denied payment. That shocked me a little. I like to think I’m a good person, but this guy may have me beat in Gods handbook.Thank you sir. I really appreciate y’all’s time and quick effort to help. Though he did not secure the job he still gave me his knowledge and time. No one else would even send a truck out.From now on I will be calling Kirbys. Thank you so much! You are greatly appreciated!”
