“This company is a lifesaver! We were in Oak Island last weekend and pulled into a parking spot and realized the shifter would not move out of drive. Our destination was Ocean Isle Beach and we had a car full of stuff. I wasn't sure what we were going to do on a Saturday afternoon. Car rentals were not available. We started to find a tow service using our car insurance but this wasn't panning out either. My 12 year old son googled and found Mr. Rescue Towing and my husband called them. We talked about getting it towed first and then Cody asked more about what was going on. Cody figured it was the shifter cable and said they had the parts to fix. He came and shortly thereafter, it was pouring rain, and he did all his work in the rain! I am forever grateful that they were available and were also able to fix the issue.
