“The young man who is the supervisor of the maintenance department, is really polite and friendly to all customers. He immediately accepted the box with charity envelopes (all about animals - donkeys, horses, tigers, lions, service dogs for veterans, pets, wounded warriors charities) and said he would find a space for it where his customers walk by or sit next to the box and where the box gets noted. I was so surprised about his openness for an animal welfare cause. I can only say that if you need maintenance go to Battlefield Tires. Thank you.”

“I like how this business operates--they shoot straight and I've never felt like they were unfairly trying to 'upsell' me on anything. The owner intervened to help me when I was having issues with another mechanic, and he's had my business ever since. In that instance, not only did they seamlessly fix the problem I'd gone to the other mechanic for help with, but they also identified and solved a running issue that I'd spent two years trying to track down. They know what they're doing and they treat me with respect, so even if appointments aren't available immediately, I don't mind waiting because I know when I get my car back I'm not going to have to wonder if it's really fixed.”

She let us take an extended test drive to see if the truck would work for our family. Every issue we came up with they figured out. “Bought a Toro zero turn last weekend, fantastic machine, cut my mow time from 1 hr 15min to about 20-25min. Owner was great delivered same day and taught a class in my front yard. I knowingly paid a little more for the machine because of the warranty they offer in house. Lowes and Depot dont care about your stuff, Western actually works on it for their 3 yr warranty. Piece of mind thats worth it for me. Highly recommend Western, I will be shopping there for all my lawn equipment.”
