“Again the fantastic team at Cliff's came thru for me. I recently traveled back to Swansboro from Kansas and my car started acting up. With lots of prayer and determination I rolled into their shop on a Friday about 20 mins before close. I dropped it off and they did some diagnostic the following Monday and Tuesday, nothing found. I picked it up and drove to run some errands and by golly it started acting up again. I immediately drove to the shop. This time they were able to get some codes. It took some digging but Chris with his perseverance stayed with it and found a loose ground wire affected and took out the throttle body. All in all I was down about a week. Plenty of time for my daughter to find projects around her house to help with. Anyways, a great big thank you to Cliff's and their amazing team. From the front end, to the gentleman providing a ride to my daughters, to the team in the back. This company is fair and then some. Very knowledgeable and professional.”

“Bought a Toro zero turn last weekend, fantastic machine, cut my mow time from 1 hr 15min to about 20-25min. Owner was great delivered same day and taught a class in my front yard. I knowingly paid a little more for the machine because of the warranty they offer in house. Lowes and Depot dont care about your stuff, Western actually works on it for their 3 yr warranty. Piece of mind thats worth it for me. Highly recommend Western, I will be shopping there for all my lawn equipment.”
