10 Federal Storage was very easy to start and the customer service was honestly top notch. However, we started renting our unit for about $90 a month a about a year ago and in that time they kept incrementally increasing the price until my last bill was almost $140 for that same unit. I could'nt believe how much the price continued to increase, we probably would have rented with them longer if pricing stayed more consistent.

I rented a 10x10 and when i got there, i tried to input the gate code. I tried both gates and neither worked. Customer service number was offline. Texted the number on the gate to open the gate. Came up with an error. I had to rent another unit from another company. Wasted my money.

Gate won’t open! Y’all need to get your act together and fix or prop open (w guard) the broken gate. Memorial Day weekend and ppl can’t access their equipment for their landscaping businesses, boats/jet skis, and everything else. Over 24 hours and our stuff is inaccessible. Unacceptable.

The registration process is a bit lengthy, and the waiting time on the phone are quite long, but staff were all very polite and helpful. After the initial set up going in and out is effortless.

It is a little difficult to get around the buildings if you're towing a trailer they didn't leave enough room

Mold and mildew beware. I stored my items here in a heated and cooled unit, only to find them covered with mold and smelling of mildew.

I reserved a parking spot for our boat and was told it was open for use, but a few days later was told the spot was already rented out to someone else and was kicked out of the spot I had reserved. At least we were refunded but now no place to store the boat during the week. Really disappointed in this place, they should not promise a spot that's not available.

I have really appreciated the great customer service with this company. They have been so helpful. They also offer great prices. The unit is easy to get in and out of. I will say that for a climate controlled space, it is somewhat damp. Otherwise, I’m very thankful for this unit and the people at 10 Federal Self Storage.
