The registration process can be lengthy and phone wait times are long, but staff are very polite and helpful. Starting is very easy and the customer service is top notch. However, some customers report that monthly prices increase incrementally over time. After the initial setup, accessing the unit is effortless.

Great service from the customer service team/manager. Only thing, it would’ve been nice to get the one month free. Evidently that’s for new people not existing customers who needed to downsize their unit
