Worst customer service ever. Not talking about being friendly but rather following up on banking issues that occurred-no return of phone calls, texts and emails.

Poor branch management. Some great staff (especially the tellers) and some bankers who feel entitled and rude. There is a need for policy training for all staff who answer phones as the advice they give is often wrong. Gone down hill dramatically on the customer service.

This branch of Truist offers amazing service under the leadership of Meagan and her great team! They are great.
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates. This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
