“I needed to wire transfer of a large amount of money and was uncomfortable doing it myself so I went to the BoA office on Shannon Rd. The whole team was friendly and helpful. Lana explained the process thoroughly as she went through it to be sure I knew what and why things were done the way they were. Thank you, Lana! I am relieved that the money was transferred successfully.”

“This Harris Teeter was very similar to other ones. The produce section was much more fresh than the other ones I have been too. The shelves were a little bare but I did come late afternoon on a Sunday so that was expected. The parking lot can be a challenge during busy times. It was very hard to pull out of the parking lot and there were other cars coming from every direction.”

“I should start off by saying this particular store is under new management and boy does it show! The store is clean. And I mean clean. Including the bathroom and cooler. Every counter, such a turnaround. If you're a local and you stopped going here, please reconsider.”

“Something new I learned from visiting this Bank of America location: When depositing cash into an ATM (at least, a Bank of America ATM), there isn't a dollar limitation, but there is a physical cash money paper limitation. If I recall correctly, the drive-thru ATM told me to not insert more than 74 bills. I took half my stack, inserted it, and had no problems. The screen updated and told me not to insert more than 50-something bills (again, if I recall correctly). I inserted the rest of my stack, but this time, the ATM spit the stack back out. It was kind of funny. The reason it spit the stack back out is because one of the bills had a small tear in it. I removed the torn bill from the stack and reinserted the stack. The ATM accepted the rest of the money. I counted the cash by hand beforehand. The ATM's count was accurate. The ATM accepted and counted the money fast. It was very convenient. On a Sunday morning around 10am, we were the only people on-site. This Bank of America location has two ATMs: one drive-thru (the one I used) and one walk-up (outside the storefront, facing the street). Someone drove onto the property behind us, headed to the drive-thru ATM, as we were leaving. This Bank of America location is open six days a week, Monday-Saturday, and is closed on Sunday. The ATMs operate 24/7. The property was clean and felt safe. This is known as the "Woodcroft" Bank of America Financial Center & Drive-Thru ATM. However, I think it's technically not within Woodcroft neighborhood limits, it's located just west of Woodcroft. Woodcroft Shopping Center with Food Lion is two driveways up the road. I had a good experience here and would come back for my physical banking needs.”

“I went to this bank. It was very nice inside. Very cool. Thanks for the working AC. I don't love the location, but I don't really care. I deposited some money. They gave me a receipt. The lady at the counter was pleasant. It's a bank. Not a hell of a lot to say here. I could tell you about these cool new sneakers I bought the other day if you want...”

“Not the fastest pharmacy crew, but consistently the nicest I've experienced. I drive out of my way to get my rx filled here because it's worth it to deal with friendly people. They've gone out of their way to help me find prescription coverage when I didn't have insurance.”

“It's hard to rate this bank since the only thing I did was go through the drive through ATM and deposit a check. All the drive through areas were super crowded and people were driving like cavemen/women but I don't think I can blame Wells Fargo for that. So without knowing too much about the place I feel like 4/5 stars is more than fair. As we all know...or at least I do...I can be a little stingy with the stars and all but that way you know my stars have value! 3 stars is basically neutral but it can be interpreted as "bad" so to be fair I figured let's go for 4. Not sure what else I can say about the place. The drive-through ATM worked so that was good for me. That's about it. If you need the drive through this place will definitely work.”
