Chapel Hill Pet Retreat is an excellent and incredible place for boarding and daycare. The facility is squeaky clean and spotless, with roomy kennels. It is a smaller facility that houses a relatively small number of animals, allowing the staff to get to know each dog individually and treat them as though they were their own. The staff and owner are wonderful, super awesome, lovely, and could not be kinder or more professional. They are genuinely happy to see the dogs, greet owners with a smile, and provide great care, love, and nurturing. Dogs receive lots of attention and love, with boarding including over three hours per day of time outside playing with other dogs in all-day play. Owners appreciate the pictures posted of their pets playing and making new dog and human friends. The rates are reasonable, and the staff goes way above and beyond. Dogs come home exhausted, calm, and happy, often not wanting to leave. The experience inspires high recommendation, with no complaints from pets or their families.
