This CVS is a little better than the other ones because it serves students and they are less acute than older patients. But they are still really busy and I’m sure HQ doesn’t want to help staff so every time you need something extra it feels like you’re pulling teeth and they are annoyed.

Wow they really work their employees. Turnover is crazy. Everyone seems SWAMPED all the time. The one pharmacist that has been there forever, Nick, is an amazing, helpful, caring, happy human.

Big fan of Phillip, the amazing pharmacist.
Update: Philip left for a better pharmacy company where he wasn't underpaid and overworked, with too few staff and too little resources. I'm deeply disappointed in CVS Pharmacy. Keeping great people like Philip should be a priority.
